Nc'nean Quiet Rebels Simon 2025 Miniature 5cl: Organic Scotch Finished in Stout Casks, in Miniature

A 5cl miniature of the limited edition Quiet Rebels Simon from Nc'nean Distillery on the west coast of Scotland, bottled at 48.5% ABV.

Created by distiller Simon, it was matured in shaved, toasted and re-charred red wine casks, then finished in Innis & Gunn stout casks, giving chocolate brioche, coffee fudge cake and cherry jam with a dark chocolate finish.

It is certified organic, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured.

Ideal for tasting before buying a full bottle, for gift hampers or as a stocking filler.
