Nc'nean Organic Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky 70cl: Full-Strength Organic Scotch with Bright Fruit and Spice

Nc'nean Cask Strength takes the distillery's organic house style and bottles it at cask strength, around 59% ABV, joining the core range in 2024.

It is made from organic Scottish barley and matured in around 55% STR red wine casks, 43% American whiskey casks and 2% oloroso sherry casks, then bottled non-chill filtered at natural colour.

Expect lemon peel, orchard fruit and floral honey on the nose, with peach, baked apple, winter spice and oak on the palate and a finish of toasted almond and creamy toffee.

Like all Nc'nean whisky, it is certified organic and bottled in 100% recycled glass.
