The Irishman The Harvest Mini (formerly known as Founder’s Reserve) is a miniature 5cl bottle that offers the chance to taste a truly distinctive twist on classic Irish whiskey varieties. This expression is celebrated for its rich flavour profile, created by blending two iconic Irish whiskey styles.

It is triple distilled and features both Single Malt and Single Pot Still components, made exclusively from a barley mash bill. The rich flavour results from the exceptional combination of the spiciness from the Single Pot Still and the smoothness of the Single Malt. This signature blend, created by Bernard Walsh, boasts one of the highest proportions of Single Malt found in any blended Irish Whiskey to date. It is matured solely in American Oak Bourbon barrels.
