Nc'nean Quiet Rebels Amy 2024 Single Malt Whisky 70cl: Limited Edition Organic Scotch Finished in French Maury Casks

Quiet Rebels Amy is a limited edition from Nc'nean Distillery, chosen by Amy, the distillery's Head of Sustainability, and bottled at 48.5% ABV.

The organic whisky was matured in a mix of STR red wine and ex-bourbon casks and finished in ex-Maury casks from a small organic French vineyard, whose fortified wine is made in a similar way to port.

The nose offers toffee, redcurrants, oak spice and orange peel, leading to lemon custard, damson jam, brown butter muffins and double cream on the palate, with a long, rich and sweet finish.

It is certified organic, non-chill filtered, naturally coloured and unpeated.
