Nc'nean Organic Single Malt is the flagship whisky from Nc'nean Distillery, made from 100% organic Scottish barley and bottled at 46% ABV.

It is unpeated, non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, and is matured in a mix of STR red wine casks, ex-American whiskey casks and a small proportion of oloroso sherry casks.

The nose and palate bring citrus, peach, apricot and gentle spice, with flavours the distillery describes as lemon cheesecake, stone fruit and spiced rye bread. The style is smooth, easy-going and fruity.

The whisky is certified organic, vegan friendly and bottled in 100% recycled glass by a B Corp distillery.
