It is a rare example of a 100% sugarcane rum (rather than molasses), showcasing the distillery's ability to produce an Agricole-style spirit with a distinct Caribbean soul.

Distilled in 2011, this expression is a masterclass in blending different distillation technologies. It features spirit from the legendary John Dore 1 copper pot still—renowned for its heavy, aromatic "funk"—and the Macmillan Coffey column still, which provides elegance and structure. After a decade of tropical maturation in a single ex-bourbon cask, this rum was bottled exclusively for Penny Royal, with only 278 bottles ever produced.
