Rhum J.M VO Terroir Volcanique is a soulful tribute to the distillery's unique location in the shadow of Mount Pelée. This "Vieux" (Aged) Agricole rhum is a celebration of the raw elemental forces that shape the sugarcane of Martinique. While the "Fumée Volcanique" focuses on smoke, the Terroir Volcanique highlights the richness of the volcanic earth and the transformative power of fire.

Distilled in J.M's signature copper Creole column still, the spirit is aged for at least three years in intensely toasted American oak barrels. This heavy charring process caramelizes the natural wood sugars, creating a deep, resonant profile that perfectly complements the bright, mineral-rich character of the base spirit. It is a complex, medium-bodied rhum that bridges the gap between youthful energy and aged sophistication.
