Rhum J.M Blanc is widely regarded as one of the finest white rhums in the world. Produced at the Fonds-Préville distillery in Macouba, Martinique, it is born from sugarcane grown in the unique, mineral-rich volcanic soil at the base of Mount Pelée. This specific microclimate, combined with the distillery's proximity to the sea, imparts a distinctive "sea-salt and mineral" character that sets J.M apart from all other rums.

Following distillation in a traditional Creole copper column, the rhum is matured for at least six months in stainless steel vats. During this time, it is slowly reduced with pure volcanic spring water and agitated to allow the aggressive alcohol to mellow, resulting in a creamy, full-bodied white rhum that captures the absolute essence of fresh sugarcane.
