The "Duero Discovery" is defined by its unique two-stage aging process. The spirit spent its first six years in first-fill bourbon barrels, establishing a foundation of classic vanilla and tropical fruit. It was then transferred for a further six years into first-fill red wine casks sourced from the prestigious Ribera del Duero region of Spain. This equal split in maturation results in a deeply colored, complex whisky that harmonizes the bright island character with the bold, tannic influence of Spanish oak.
