Silks Irish Dry Gin is a premium spirit handcrafted in small batches using a custom 500-litre copper pot still. This gin is deeply rooted in its Irish home, utilising signature botanicals hand-foraged directly from the family's own apple orchards and hedgerows.

Its unique flavour profile achieves a perfect balance of apple blossom from the trees, honey from their bees, and elderflower and hawthorn blossom from the hedgerows. The total blend features 14 distinct botanicals that are macerated for 24 hours before a slow distillation that includes vapour infusion for subtle flavour layering. Each batch is non-chill filtered and cut with the distillery's own deep well water before bottling.
