The Planteray Belize 2008 Rum is an exceptional single-vintage expression defined by its meticulous 15-year Double Ageing process. Starting its humble beginnings, this rum spends a minimum of 13 years ageing in 200L Bourbon Casks in Belize City.


It is then transferred to France for the signature Planteray finish: a further 2 years ageing in 350L Ferrand Cognac casks at Javrezac. This extended maturation delivers a rich, complex, and memorable flavour profile.
