Fernet Branca Miniature 2cl: The Classic Italian Bitter in a Single-Shot Bottle

Fernet-Branca is the original Italian fernet, created in 1845 and made by Fratelli Branca Distillerie in Milan. It is bottled at 39% ABV, and this 2cl miniature holds a single serve.

The secret recipe uses 27 herbs, roots and spices from five continents, including rhubarb, gentian, galangal and chamomile. They are infused in alcohol and the blend rests in oak casks for a year.

The result is intensely bitter and aromatic, with marmalade, mint and pepper on the nose, a rich, perfumed palate and a dry, herbal, oaky finish.

Knock it back as a bartender's shot, sip it neat or over ice as a digestif, mix with cola or ginger ale, or use it in a Hanky Panky.
