Fernet Branca Menta 70cl: Fernet-Branca with a Cool Peppermint Kick

Branca Menta is the mint variation of the famous Italian bitter, made by Fratelli Branca Distillerie and bottled at 28% ABV. Launched in 1965, it takes the Fernet-Branca herbal recipe and adds peppermint oil, and like the original it is matured in oak.

The nose brings sweet aniseed developing into liquorice, with mint and clean herbal aromas. The palate is very clean, with strong peppermint and menthol and a spicy punch, finishing like hard-boiled peppermint sweets with gentle liquorice.

Serve it ice-cold as a shot or digestif, over ice on a warm evening, or mixed with soda or cola. It also adds a minty twist to coffee and chocolate-based drinks.
