Unlike most clear rums which are unaged, Caliche is a sophisticated blend of four different rums aged for 3, 4, and 5 years, including a portion of Solera-aged rum from a three-layer system. After aging in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, the liquid undergoes a masterful five-fold distillation and meticulous charcoal filtration.
