The grapes are selected from Chardonnay vineyards in the Lodi region of central California. After being destemmed and crushed, the wine is vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Bright and aromatic Chardonnay with clean citrus notes, layered with riper, tropical fruits. The palate is clean with a pure fruit driven expression. Mango and pineapple combine with green apple and lemon to give a fantastically fruit driven style of Californian Chardonnay which is not masked by ugly oak.
A versatile wine that goes well with anything from salads, seafood, pasta, chicken, pizza or just on its own.
