Distilled in 2006 using the distillery's signature 45-column Coffey still, this rum underwent an extensive 13-year tropical maturation in ex-bourbon casks. To add a final layer of sophisticated "Officer" status, the spirit was then finished for nine months in ex-Port casks. With only 4,200 bottles produced, this is a rare, full-bodied spirit that captures a unique moment in St. Lucian distilling history.
