Admiral Rodney Rum HMS Formidable 70cl

Admiral Rodney HMS Formidable | 70cl

The Flagship of the Fleet: The Ultimate Expression of St. Lucian Art

Admiral Rodney HMS Formidable stands at the absolute pinnacle of the HMS series. Named after the legendary flagship of Admiral George Rodney during the 1782 Battle of the Saints, this rum embodies the same power and prestige as the vessel that led the British fleet to a decisive victory. As the flagship of the range, it represents the highest level of craftsmanship from St. Lucia Distillers.

This exceptional rum is a blend of Coffey still distillates aged between nine and twelve years exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels. While sharing an age range similar to the Royal Oak, the Formidable is distinguished by its specific cask selection, drawn from the very best "honey" barrels in the cellar. It is a luscious, full-bodied spirit that showcases the maximum potential of long-term tropical maturation in American white oak.
