Tasting Notes
Whittaker's Gin is are classically juniper-lead and mixed with coriander and angelica root. It is infact local Yorkshire botanicals which give a regional spin on a classic. Using botanicals such as bilberries, hawthorne berries, bog myrtle and thyme creating a gin that abounds with character and intensity. An excellent release that shines when paired tonic and a garnish of fresh thyme.
