Aromas: Enticing aromas of juicy ripe strawberry, delicate white peach, vibrant passionfruit, and bright lemon peel permeate the nostrils.
Palate: Upon the palate, it appears delightfully bone dry. Ribbons of gossamer silk texture and an enchanting slipperiness advance at just the right moment, giving way to charming and refined layers of white peach, sweet cherry, tangerine, and bright citrus. Hints of more exotic spices, passion fruit, and succulent mango add further complexity.
Finish: The lingering finish offers notes of white peach, dried mango, and white cherry, all riding out on a wave of honey tinged with sage. It's elegantly streaked with racy minerality and a lasting river-stone and pink grapefruit blossom aftertaste.
