Togouchi Sake Cask Finish Japanese Blended Whisky 70cl

Togouchi Sake Cask Finish Japanese Blended Whisky 70cl: Triple Cask Finish, Tropical Fruit, Caramelised Pineapple & Tart Apples

The Togouchi Sake Cask Finish Japanese Blended Whisky is a highly innovative expression from the Togouchi range, defined by its unique maturation process. This blended whisky underwent a specialised triple cask finish: it was aged in specially-selected casks, which had previously held white wine, followed by a maturation period in Sake casks, before finally being filled with whisky.

This complex ageing results in a spirit with highly distinctive and aromatic notes.
