Signal Hill Founders Select Canadian Whisky 70cl

Signal Hill Founders Select Canadian Whisky 70cl: A Limited Overproof Canadian Whisky

Signal Hill Founders Select is a limited batch, overproof release of Signal Hill Canadian Whisky, bottled at 56.3% ABV. The brand takes its name from Signal Hill in St John's, Newfoundland.

It is made from corn and barley and matured in three cask types: new white oak, first-fill bourbon casks and former Canadian whisky casks.

The nose offers caramel, candied pecans, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is sweet and rich, with butterscotch, caramelised nuts, stone fruit and buttery pastry over toasted oak, and the finish layers sweetness and spice.

Sip it neat or with a splash of water, or make a bold Maple Old Fashioned.
