Made at the historic Carmona distillery near Seville, this gin is produced by macerating locally grown strawberries and distilling with juniper in traditional copper stills. The nose is fresh and floral, full of ripe strawberry, which carries through to the palate alongside bright citrus and a gentle juniper backbone.

At 37.5% ABV, it is smooth enough to enjoy over ice and made for mixing. Serve it long with premium tonic, a fresh strawberry and plenty of ice, or top up with chilled prosecco for a sparkling pink spritz.
