Peddlers Barrel Aged Gin is a distinctive craft gin originating from Shanghai, China. This expression is created using a unique blend of Asian and classic botanicals, followed by a period of careful wood maturation.

The gin's complex botanical list includes juniper berries, Sichuan peppers, lotus, East Asian mint, liquorice, Tianshan almonds, angelica, cardamom pods, coriander seeds, Chinese cassia bark, and Buddha’s Hand. Following distillation, the gin is aged for three months in French oak barrels that previously held a high-quality Napa Valley Pinot Noir.
