Mr. Filbert's traditional snack salami is carefully handcrafted and naturally cured, resulting in an authentic Iberian snack.
It's high in protein, low in sugar, and completely gluten-free.
You might notice a fine white coating on the salami sticks, which is perfectly normal and safe, a natural part of the curing process. It takes 175g of pork to produce 100g of the finished salami, as moisture is lost during drying. Each salami stick contains 5g of protein.
