Kew Organic - London Dry Gin 70cl

An extraordinary distillation of over 20 botanicals, floral aromas come from passion flower and lavender, and aromas of parma violets from the addition of orris.  A citrus fruit body then takes centre stage, a harmonious blend of lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange and bergamot peel alongside wild bilberries and kaffir lime leaf. Juniper is present and fresh, alongside pine forest herbaceous notes from coriander seeds, angelica, British rosemary and eucalyptus. A honeyed note comes from liquorice root, leading on to a warm spiced finish from cassia bark, nutmeg and black pepper.

Its style is floral, fresh and deeply aromatic, this gin is a testament to the beauty of Kew Gardens.

Try it in a Cultivator

40ml KEW Organic gin • 10ml lemon juice • 10ml KEW triple sec

Premix and chill for an hour • Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne or prosecco • Garnish with an orange twist
