The spirit's exceptional quality stems from two fine properties: the use of Finnish-grown six-row barley (ideal for the long nights and short days) and 100% pure, untainted water from a subterranean glacial spring. This water is naturally filtered over 10,000 years by sand and gravel layers. The spirit undergoes a demanding 200-step distillation process over 50 hours, removing all impurities.
