To fully appreciate the Faustino Red Wine Experience, we recommend the following:
The Tasting Flight: Begin with the youngest wine (Faustino VII) and move progressively toward the Gran Reserva to appreciate the increasing complexity and depth.
Decanting: For the Gran Reserva and Reserva, decanting for 30 to 60 minutes before serving will allow the complex tertiary aromas to fully open.
Food Pairing: These wines pair exceptionally well with Spanish cuisine, ranging from simple tapas and chorizo for the younger wines to roast lamb, game, and aged cheeses for the Gran Reserva.
