This vibrant, unaged spirit achieves its complexity by utilising an incredible blend of 30 different varieties of cider apples. This blend is then meticulously double distilled in a brand new copper still, ensuring a clean, highly concentrated, and expressive flavour profile. The Calvados is presented in a more mature, rounded bottle to emphasise its sophisticated new character.
