DropWorks Spice Drop Rum 70cl

Introducing Spice Drop, a spiced rum crafted with the finest raw ingredients, meticulously fermented, distilled, and aged to perfection. Made in Britain at the renowned DropWorks distillery, they have reimagined the concept of spiced rum, creating an exceptional spirit that encapsulates pure joy in every drop.

By utilizing their expertise, they have demonstrated that Spice Drop is bursting with natural flavour, eliminating the need for added "spices." Beginning with the fermentation of raw molasses using their unique wild yeast strain, and followed by distillation on their state-of-the-art 8 plate column, the result is a remarkable base infused with captivating esters and crisp, untamed flavours.

To enhance the complexity of their rum, they employ a flash ageing process. Resting the rum with heavily charred wood chips yields delightful nuances. American oak chips contribute a tantalizing blend of sweet vanilla and coconut notes, while French oak chips impart a delightful toasted pecan and winter spice aroma.

Experience the exceptional craftsmanship and unparalleled flavour of Spice Drop, a testament to their commitment to creating the most extraordinary spiced rum imaginable.
