From the Republic of Haiti comes the highly anticipated Clairin Sonson 2020, a unique and authentic vintage rum. This spirit is made from a particular variety of indigenous, non-hybridised sugar cane known as ‘Madame Meuze’.

The traditional distillation process takes place over an open fire in a small pot still, showcasing a hands-on, artisanal approach. The entire process is overseen by Stephan Kalil Saoud, who has been a dedicated sugar cane producer and distiller since 1989. This 2020 vintage offers a truly unique flavour snapshot of its terroir.
