Burnt Faith sources oranges globally, utilising sun-dried bitter orange peels, blood orange essence from Paraguay, and sweet orange peels from locally sourced waste zest. The spirit base is crafted from 100% neutral grape spirit made from distilled waste Marc for smoothness, while unaged Eau de Vie adds juicy apricot elements. A final touch includes their brandy aged in Spanish and Bourbon casks, leveraging the richness of American Oak.
